I created a Windows XP CD with multi-session. Now I want to make it a bootable disc. How do I go about doing it??

Also if that is not possible, is there a way I can make a Data Disc into a bootable disc with data and bootable files from scratch?

i dont think so. because booting file should be written first before the other file.

You may be able to take a clean disk or format one and make it as a bootable disk. Then you can add data or whatever later. However I would test it before I relied on it as most bootable disks just have the files on them that are needed to get the computer up and running for troubleshooting.
