Eat only hungry and that too not more than three times a day. Eat nourishing and not junk food. Chew each morsel of food at least 32 times. U will notice how beautifully ur brain controls and lets u know that enough is enough. Drink only water in between.

Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly.

The practice of food intake and light exercise regime will enable u to achieve ur ideal weight in a reasonable time effortlessly.

Desi ghee, butter, paneer, saturated edible oils, meat, beef, chicken, egg yolks, sweets, wheat, rice, potatoes, chikoo, pineapple, sweet potato. side by side, for growing fat, sleep in the afternoon, sleep less in the night and avoid doing any exercises.

Pizza (go for double cheese pizza), Icecreams, Sweets (like kalakhan, myosrepak, Palakova etc.) Ghee, Rice, Non vegetarian food but not sea food, Pakodi's

These items are more than enough to increase calories in your body.

Eat banana with milk daily.... eat things which are rich in starch and carbohydrate. eat ghee, butter with food but you dont need to take too much fat becauze it will harm your body, it will deposit in your vessel and can cause problem in future. Eat rice, potato,milk made products etc.
But still in few cases people never becom fat due to genetic reasons. So keep trying
