Go to a doctor, and inquire about a yeast infection.

That you could have a systemic yeast infection. One of the medications used for it is something called Nystatin. If you take this and start to feel a bit odd as far as effects while on it that can often be related to what they call the dying off process. What that means is that the yeast is trying to be cleared out of your system.

Definitely talk it over w/your doctor; why ask us ???
Where did you take the test ??? Hopefully you have a doctor familiar w/alternative medicine. Ask if it's Candida; takes diet, maybe supplements, def. no yeast products including beer; and monitoring.
If it's Candida, it'll take a while to get out of your system; and an ongoing diet to control it.
The only thing I personally don't agree w/is a permanent removal of all fruit sugars (w/Candida). Too much nutrition loss.

Why did you not ask your doctor? I am amazed at the people who get on here and ask things they should have ask their doctor when they were in their office. There can be several reasons from having an allergy, leaky gut or having it from sexual intercourse, as 3 examples. Ask your doctor why you have it and if it needs to be treated.
