Move-on with your normal life....go out often with your friends more often than usual....dont spend much time alone....let your best friends know that you are in pain, then they will sacrifice more time on you....get rid of all the things (memorables) of your previous love....get involved with religious activities....after two weeks, if you are sure that your previous love is not returning back , fill up the space that he/she occupied in your heart with another person....if you are alone, then sign up with a gym and invove in some work out(its good for your health too)....then you'll forget everything in no time....
If you follow the above you'll get over it soon....it worked for me, and I think it should work for any one, irrespective of the gender difference....

my friend the best thing to do to recover from that is: U go out and hang out with ur friends, cos friends r the best thing we can have in times like this... U just party u'll see u will forget bout everything or spend time doing things u like or u really enjoy doing! U just have to think about what is best 4 u... and u have to start thinking like this "Screw up the rest" ... it always works... Life is short ... live everyday like it was the last one... why spend time cryin 4 a person who probably doesn't care about u??? I'm sayin this but I'm not sure, so try to do what I said up there it works. :)

I used to hate this answer, everybody gives, but it is true. Time heals a broken heart. Get on with your life, do things be active, get involved and it will heal. A friend of mine has a saying that has seemed to work for her over the years, " the best way to get over a man is to get a new one".

Take three bottles of craft glue or superglue. stick one by one from the bottom portion. Once finished, wash in diesel or petrol as you desired and fix back

you realize that you have the ability to love...which is why your heart has been broken.
you can't replace what you have lost.
you will have wonderful memories.
know that in time..you will meet someone else...and will fall in love again.
it's just all a part of life...there isn't a person whose heart hasn't been broken....most songs and poetry written..mainly deal with the subject of love.
biologically, when we fall in love...our bodies release many ingredients which flood our brains ..and make us feel wonderful...
when the love object is no longer there..we hurt and feel sad...
because all of the ingredients taper off..and our brains are no longer flooded with all of the ingredients...so we go through a sort of withdrawl.
you will love again.....until then...take it easy..and be gentle with yourself...

ok think of approximately it.... no longer something that befell to you replaced into exterior the scope of standard human journey. i do no longer low-priced the potential of prayer as a style of "purpose," yet to anticipate that in case you pray and something happens that that's a results of the prayer is a actual bounce of -- properly, no longer precisely faith... Mormons chatting with you? that happens. I had some Jehovah's witnesses ensue at my door after i could been praying... think of that justified turning out to be one in all them? I did. It took me 35 years to recover from that assumption. i understand that JWs ensue at human beings's residences each and all of the time. Odds are, a number of those human beings could have been praying... Love and attraction happens at inconvenient situations. Human dignity and could potential will help get you thru your blunders and longings. soreness passes with time and with the purpose of shifting on. actual everyone cries. ultimately, we quit crying as a results of fact the choose has surpassed. there's a time to cry and a time to quit crying.

first of all,ask your self if you still love him.cause it would be very hard to move on if that's the case..time,time can help..you need a lot of time to recover..forgiveness,you should forgive that person first before trying to recover from what had happened..and think of it as, he was never the one for you..it's not your loss..
