I would say if you want to try that and you don't want it to "slip in" (oops.. yeah right) you should at least wear a thong or something.
You don't need to know how to wrestle, the point is pretty obviously to squirm around naked together.

Don't fall into his trap. Tell him you're not into wrestling and have him drop the idea. He could be using this as an excuse to have sex with you since you both would be naked.
