If they are recent enough, you might try a scar cream, but those are unreliable an don't work at all for some people. There's really not much you can do about getting rid of the scars, but if you take very good care of your skin, they will be less noticeable. Wash your face daily and use a good moisturizer, and, if you can take the blow to your masculinity, exfoliate. It may all seem a little girly, but hey, that's why we have such great skin. Plus, exfoliation literally blasts away layers of old, dead skin, and can even out the uneven parts (ie scar tissue).

You could try Vitamin E oil or Mederma (the product that is used for lightening surgical scars).
Check with your dr for additional ideas to be on the safe side.

since I learned how to stop growing ance and pimples. I must advise you to not use soap. just use hot water with mouthcloth.
if you have pimple or ance, please pop it out then use rubbing alcohol, then you are done
