any sort of depression can be tide over by faith in GOD and sincere prayer.

Your prayer is from your heart. Further You must have to understood the fact that God is present in our heart. This can be realised in meditation. Further we are the creation of our own destiny. As per Hindu sacred religion, we carry all good and bad deeds life after life. There is no end unless we pray for unification of self with the divineliness.
Hence there is always a possible way to complete mergence with God in this life by a simple and wonderful meditation

Firstly, I am so sorry you are having to go through what sound like some very trying times. I think that if your stress is so bad it is interfering with work, you should ask a doctor for their advice. Your symptoms sound like an anxiety disorder. I had a mild one as a reaction to some ADD medication last year, and my doctor told me she thought that was the trouble as soon as I told her my symptoms. Anyway, if you've read all this stuff about stress and healthful living and it hasn't worked, then it is probably time to asess another strategy in solving this problem (and belive me, I'm all for the natural-healing way).

Good luck at work and I hope you feel better soon.

I love working overtime and need the money to cover my 100 grand worth of debt, but the guy I have to work with is very depressing and negative. Because of this I choose not to work unless he is off that day. you need to get a different job. If you're dumb enough to repeatedly expose yourself to a situation that Fu$#s you up, it's your own damn fault. I know that working with Mr. Negative is going to mess with my head, so I don't do it.

If you are not good with people, dont' work in customer service (duh).

I am so confused as to why you put yourself in this situation *scratches head*....
