The more I read about chicken and talk to people that work in the chicken industry, my answer is no, it's not healthy. I wish I could say that I didn't eat meat, and didn't for years but broke down to the smell of bacon and barbecue. Meats and chicken are pumped full of hormones and other chemicals, none of which do the body any good. Chickens peck around, and don't always eat what they are supposed to. But, if you must eat chicken, I guess grilled is better than fried, but, no chicken is better than grilled.

Grilling chicken removes the unhealthy fats from the meat so it is healthier than frying for example.

It is really one of the best ways to eat chicken --
because, although minimal, whatever fats will drain off
and it will taste great and be healthy!

Yeah. Just don't eat the skin. It's full of cholesterol. I usually eat chicken, broiled chicken after lifting weights.

yes skinless boneless no salt is healthy,garlic, pepper rosemary all good grilling without adding rich sauces are healthy so go ahead

yes if it is skinned.

also if you grilll it with garlic it helps reduce cholesterol , (apparently) if you add chilli it helps boost your metabolism
