God gave us the Ten Commandments because he knew we humans would be tempted and, also, because if we adhered to them, society would be more civilized. Unfortunately, because he gave us free will we tend to interpret the commandments in ways that suit our desires and needs. One example is, "Thou Shalt Not Kill." Although Christ was a pacifist, most Christians believe that we have the right to kill if we are protecting ourselves. Therefore, war is considered okay by most. Abortion is considered the right of the woman while others consider it murdering helpless babies. Ultimately we are left with our consciouses hoping we are making the right decisions.

Well, there are the 7 "deadly sins" such as wrath, envy, pride, gluttony, sloth, greed and lust.

We are ALL still comitting all these sins. Everyone deals with these behaviors on a daily basis!

Most of us eat too much and are overweight. (gluttony)

Most of us are lazy! (sloth)

Most of us want more money. (greed)

Most of us want what other people have. (envy)

Most of us want screw with a big tittied, hot model. (lust)

Most of us have tons of anger, rage and HATE stored in our minds, souls and bodies and we don't know how to release it without yelling or hitting or losing our tempers. (wrath)

And as for pride, I'm not really sure how to make a senario out of that, but WE ALL have it, I'm sure!

Also, another sin (i suppose) would be having sexual relations with a married man or woman. (adultry).

Too many people consider pre-marrital sex to be adultry, but it's not..it's only adultry if you have pre-marrital sex with a married person. lol

Having sex with a prostitute would not be a huge sin or anything, cause it says "it's better to spill your seed into the belly of a whore than onto the ground" lol

So, does this mean that masturbation is a sin? lol

The same as now , in my opinion, nothings changed.

Every conceivable, imaginable, inconceivable and unimaginable sin, man is doing it - and to be frank with you, it seems as if it's natural to do those things.

Man sleep (sexual relations) with animals, they rape four months old infants! They go to the extreme of even eating other fellow man's flesh.....

I am sure there are worse things than these, but even these make my blood-stream........
