firstly jogging thrice a week is not adequate... do it all the 7 days... daily...

you will have to control your diet... do not eat saturated fats, sweets and other foods that have cholesterol... without diet control your cholesterol will not normalise...

Your cholesterol level is not exceedingly high. To reduce it to the 175 mg range try reducing the level of fat in your diet to 20-25% of calories. For a more dramatic change, eliminate all partially hydrogenated vegetable oils from your diet.

Along with jogging, include a good amout of garlic well cooked with other food (atleast 500 gms every month). In a month, you would see cholesterol reduction also.
