I use legal forms of cocaine/crank - it burns the inside tissues, thus thinning out the nasal cavities - I think this would make it sharper................

Try putting a darker shade of makeup along the sides of the nose but be sure to blend a bit. To shorten the nose put the dark shade at the tip.

why do you want to cut things with it?
I think probably a nose job would do the trick.

by going to an nose doctor, and getting something for it, or by keeping it clear, with saline soulution.
