No, but the link below lists the states, which states they recognize permits from, and other states which that states' permit is recognized in.

It's always a good idea to contact other states before you go packing though!

Not yet, although there should be, and it's been in work in Congress for several years, now, it's just been too hard to get it past the Bleeding-heart Liberal gun-thieving Demacracks like ****** Schumer, Billary Cliton and their running buddies!
Luckily there is a function called "reciprocity", meaning that most CCW states will recognize each others permits, although it probably won't help you right now, as it would take several months for you to qualify. You didn't say what state you were from, but, if your home state offers a CCW license, and you are able to legally qualify for one, that license, along with one you can obtain from New Hampshire (by mail!) will make you legal in at least 39 of the 50 states.
Just don't think you wouldn't get hassled anyway, if you're going hitch hiking, a very bad choice of travel. You may find out the hard way that the LAW isn't the final answer, no matter where you are. Hitching while strapped, even WITH a permit could wind you up in a world of hurt!
To best answer all your CCW permit questions, state by state, and Federal, go to the Packing.org website listed below!

There is, actually, but it's only available to current and retired law-enforcement officers. If you were in that group, you'd probably know about it, so I'll assume you're not.
www.packing.org does a pretty good job of keeping up-to-date state-by-state lists of laws.
48 states (all but Wisconsin and Illinois) have some form of concealed carry allowed (Alaska and {I think} Vermont do not require a permit at all). Most allow people with permits from SOME other states to carry while visiting or passing through, but not all (Iowa, for example, honors only Iowa permits. Utah, on the other hand is required to at least try to negotiate reciprocal agreements with all other states, and so accepts most permits.)
Just for fun, Utah, Florida and Pennsylvania (there may be others as well) wil issue permits to non-residents. Someone who lives somewhere else can get a Utah permit and be legal in almost 30 states, for example.
Are we having fun yet?
In addition, there's a federal law which gives you the right to TRANSPORT a firearm that you legally own where you live through anywhere you might be visiting, however transporting is defined as in a locked, metal case, out of reach of all passengers in the vehicle and with no ammunition (and so could not be complied with while hitching).
Good Luck. Don't get arrested.

The short answer is "No". Yet many states have reciprocal agreements with other states, so that you can use your concealed carry permit for one state in another. Check with your state department of justice or whatever agency manages your permit to see what states have agreements with your state.

I live in NC and our state has agreements with about 40 other states. Use the edit function to let us know which state you live in and people can give you a better answer.

No because 2 states in the U.S don't allow concealed carry..Many states with concealed carry accept permits from other states ..but you're going to need to check which ones do.

illinois and wisconsin do not allow concealed carry and and all the other 48 states have different laws. unless you plan on calling each state and checking before you go in there state or are going to be carrying illegally then id leave your girl at home.
the laws suck but its a felony if you get caught.

No, but many states will recognize CHL licenses issued by other states. Do a search of the NRA website for your answer.
