Frozen watermelon is actualy one of my favorit snacks, but it must be eaten frozen. If you thaw it out, it will be kind of rubbery and nasty looking because as the water freezes, it bursts the cells.
To freeze watermelon, cut it up into bite size pieces and freeze. If you don't want the pieces to freeze togeather, place them on a bakeing sheet in a single layer and freeze. When they are frozen you can put them in a conventional container for convenient freezer storage.
Lots of other fruit work well this way to.

No It is not possible to freeze watermelon as such, as the top layer wount allow to cool the inner layers when ones it got frozen . It bursts. It can frozen after cutting into pieces.

Banannas and pineapple and red seedless grapes are great frozen :)
