some people say that maybe he thought i was alright with it, or seemed that way, which is not the case...before it happened i scratched at his hands to get his attention because i couldn't move or talk (i "froze"). i told him i was scared. then he told me to open my legs and tried to pry them apart. he told me to do so again. that's when i left my body. he tried to penetrate on his own but he was starting to hurt me. so i helped him. all throughout, after i got back in my body, i ket telling him to stop but he kept putting me in differnt positions and kept going...do you think he knew what he was doing?

Everyone knows stop means stop, contact your parents or the police or look for the rape crisis line in your area. He knew it wasn't right he just didn't care. Don't allow him to do it to another girl, you can help to put a stop to this but he is in no way the victim here.

okay...your story didn't tell enough to know from- so talk to some people about this who are not on yahoo- real people from you life.
You said he hurt you. go to your doctor-
call the Police and ask what you can do.
Please remember that you need to be sure you were raped. If you in any way led this boy on then you need to be open about that with the cops. I know it's hard, but be sure not to attack someone unless you are sure.
I am in no way saying you asked for this. people who were raped did not ask to be raped. just be sure you were raped. if you do feel raped then go all the way and stop him from ever doing this again. be very open about what happioned to you and talk to people. they can help you.
I do feel for you. I have had the same kind of thing happion to me. be sure you 1. arnt just doing this because you are mad- but are trying to stop him from hurting you or other people aigain. and 2. make sure you are safe.
Please talk to your family and friends about this. it's hard I know, but you need to. aking a bunch of people on yahoo is a bad way to go about this. if you call the Police they can tell you the next moves you need to make, not some random person on a computer.

hmm... ur story has rape written all over it... by u're only telling what happened to u. there's a little something missing to really tell if it was really rape or not. i mean if he still had his senses that yes that's absolutely RAPE. but u never mentioned if he was drunk, high... or sumthin. maybe then he might not have realized what he was doin... but i find that highly unlikely...

Even if he didn't, that's no excuse. He should have known better.
He should have learnt that stop means no, and no means you do not consent, and if you do not consent then it is rape.
You didn't consent and that's rape. Go to the authorities.
