MATTER: The Other Name for Illusion

What is explained in this book is an important truth, which has surprised many and changed their perspectives on life. This truth can be summarized as follows: "All events and objects that we encounter in real life-buildings, people, cities, cars, places-in fact, everything we see, hold, touch, smell, taste and hear-come into existence as visions and feelings in our brains".

We are taught to think that these images and feelings are caused by a solid world outside of our brains, where material things exist. However, in reality we never see real existing materials and we never touch real materials. In other words, every material entity which we believe exists in our lives, is, in fact, only a vision which is created in our brains.

This is not a philosophical speculation. It is an empirical fact that has been proven by modern science. Today, any scientist who is a specialist in medicine, biology, neurology or any other field related to brain research would say, when asked how and where we see the world, that we see the whole world in the vision center located in our brains.

This fact has been scientifically proven in the twentieth century, and although it may seem surprising, it necessarily implies answers to two questions; "If our lives are visions created in our brains, then who is it that creates these visions? And who is it that sees these visions in our brains without having eyes and enjoys them, gets excited and happy?" You will find the answers to these two important questions in this book.

Such thinking arise becos people think that with today's science we can explain everything around us. That itself is against science as it is based on certain "Faiths in Unseen" things. For physics we assume an non-existent particle called Photon which has zero mass, infinite velocity and many such physical phenomena. This photon forms the basis of today's material science & electronics. Like wise in Maths we say Limit tends to Infinity which is not a finite thing which we cant perceive. In astronmy we measure distance in light years. We cant even guess 1 light year, Just now a space craft is flying past Jupiter and it is expected to reach Pluto in 2020 or so. This distance may 10 or 20% of a light year. Our universe is 4 billion light years from us. Which we cant even think of how much it will be. On the otherside you have the smallest thing electron, virus etc which again cant be perceived by human mind. What you are asking is simple a hypothetical question. We cant even imagine that situation.

If you could determine the force of energy behind the concept of spiritual beings you might just be able to transfer these pulses to any cd. You would definitely be the first and probably the last since life on a cd would be to restrictive for most humans even in a spiritual state.

Im not sure i understand the question, but in reguards to the mind its a amazing gift that dictates your life by your thought. You are as you think. So if you think you can over come something, and truely believe it, then anything is possible. What a wonderful thought, and responsiblity and what a revelation when we finally discover that anything that happens in our lives the thought was the seed.

the mind can overcome religion, but not the innate spirituality, this is instilled in us, and leaving a religion allows us to find ourself.....

it can overcome pain but I think pain is something shared by humanity, if one suffers we all suffer....... most do not realize how interconnected we are......
