There's absolutely no statute of limitations on homicide.

No statute of limitations on homicide in any of the 50 states or DC (DC is NOT a state nor a state.... for you people that didnt know that) that I know of.. its open forever..

If yer waiting on that.. all I have to say is HA! not gonna happen in North america anyway (maybe Brazil if you have lotssa money to bribe the federals to not extridite you..)

I am pretty sure there is not one on Homicide. The Mormons are pretty strict about things like that

You should probably just skip the country now. Don't commit little crimes along the way, though - a lot of people get careless about small infractions after they've committed a more serious crime and then they get caught because of it.
