it's probably a note left by someone to announce that a party will take place on Tuesday, it doesn't say which floor (although the word floor appears) and that the person is warmly expected to come.

The following words from your text exist in Romanian: e, cu, mare, drag - so it's a fair bet it is Romanian, a Romance language like French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, etc.

I'd guess that marti = Tuesday, cu = with, mare drag = big dear! apart from which I can't help.

Honestly, I believe this is Latin. At least, it does not repond to my Instantaneous Translator in any of 22 languages. It could be, too, Romanian or from that area at least.

Sorry.

It's Romanian. But I can't translate this.

mare - sea
stimate - respected
marti Tuesday
drag - dear
