Hey I bet you want a short and simple answer that works!
I recommend doing the ab boot camp, alot of models and body builders use it as well as normal people who want a great stomach to show off! The Ab Boot Camp, has some dietary suggestions of cutting back on sugar and drinking more water then for at least 3 days of the week do the ab boot camp along with 30 minutes of cardio that day. You should see results within a month if your stomach is not covered with a layer of fat, if they are then I recommend keeping up with cardio to burn the fat!

crunches....invest in the ab ball. keep at it for a while, incorperate some cardio and you should be fine
