if you were to take it for years would it damage your body, mind or brain? ive taken it for about 4 years and i dont see myself stopping too soon. so i was wondering if there are any long term affects or anything like that?

all medication is not good for your health in general, its like a poison, e.g. for your kidneys - everything has to go threw them.
it helps for what you take it for but ...

I took Remeron for less than a year, and have had no negative effects from it, now 3 years later. I would recommend talking to your physician or a pharmacist about concerns with long-term usage. All prescription drugs are harmful over a period of time.

They're factory manufactured chemicals that you put into your organic body. What do you expect?
