im 5'0 and weigh 97 pounds and im 17 years old! i heard that drinking milk everyday helps ur metabolism go faster !im wondering if its true or not?

I'm not sure, but I know spicy foods do.

Also, eat 6 meals a day, but in small portions. It's like stretching breakfast, lunch, and dinner into smaller parts. This increases your metabolism. So it's kind of eating the same amount, and that's pretty easy.

Milk... I just don't know, sorry.

Milk has alot of fat which is not going to speed your metabolism.

No that is simply false.... Milk is full of protien and fat which slows your metabolism..... drink water or a fruit juice...

the milk board says it does but i cant see how they can say that for everyone, its just something to try to sell more milk. try it, if it seems to work ok, if not drop it, milk makes some people get fat or even bloat up. so its not good for everyone.
