Not one but two or our neighbors have my keys, because I don't want to have to damage anything when I forget or lose mine! And if they both went on holiday at the same time (happened a few years ago) then I make sure someone else has them, even for that one week and though I haven't ever had to ask them to open the door for me yet (knock on wood :)). I make *very* sure 'no other key' never happens!

I would check for open windows to climb through. If no windows were open I would take a door off its hinges or if at the very least break a window to get in. Then I would have locks on doors changed to new ones and make sure I had extra keys made. I would also make sure I stashed a key outside of my building somewhere for future problems such as this!!

A locksmith or a good friend you can trust to change the lock for you. Other than that, "breaking into" your house is the only option.

Call a locksmith. If you can show that you have a right to be in the house or office, the locksmith will open the door for you.

The same thing I always do, either break in through a window I've left open, or I call someone like my fiance and ask for help!!!
