I'm 19 and I moved out FOUR times already. The first time I was 18. So it's been about a year and a half, and I've moved out 4 times already...pathetic huh?

I'd wait until you're about 24! lol, seriously. It sometimes is really hard living on your own. Especially with other people. So if you decide to move in with someone, make sure that you like them a LOT and get along with them, or it will never work out.

No average i think.....As long as u want to move out and you have capacity to support to your personal need you can go. But some parents not allow that. except for married son or daughter should move out from their parent's house...

i moved out when i was 18 but i had a job that paid well. You should live with your parents until you're confident you can support yourself. Moving in and out of your parents house constantly is just a waste of money.

i would have to say 18 to early 20's because some cant handle living on their own yet still need time to grow up, besides some still live at home do to they still cant make the money needed plus they are still in college and need that time to get the education needed so they can start out on their own if they haven't already by going to college out of state. so as long as they are helping mom and dad out by not doing wrong things and still being respectful to them and have a few rules to please mom and dad i don't see anything wrong with it but if they are in their 30's then there's a problem.. good luck hope this helps

Between 18 and 20. Graduate from high school and then consider your options.

18-21 sounds about right. When you have graduated from HS and have a good paying job to support yourself.
