I understand we are all setteled, and the have to come legally, but we all came illegally and stole land that was not ours. its morality. we have to help the people we stole land, give them an oportunity. i am talking only of mexicans, no oether inmigrant, that is another thing.

They have a short memory. They don't remember the time when they were pilgrims. After that they started killing Indians, raping their women, stealing their land etc. Now they don't want anybody else in the land they took illegally.

Why you say that we hate Mexicans. You are wrong and very ignorant about the facts. We hate illegal immigration that come into our country from every part of the world. But the problem is that the majority of illegal aliens are coming across the southern border and the majority are Mexicans because of this we the Americans want to stop it. Look when you say that the USA took, then you haven't read about the Mexican American War, you just talk with out knowing the facts and that's very wrong. The USA and Mexico fought a war and Mexico lost, yes Mexico lost and the Western part of the USA was bought from Mexico. Just like in the Spanish American war against Spain, Spain lost to the USA and lost Cuba, Puerto Rico and the Philippines in the Pacific. So you see,,, why is it that you Mexicans are always crying about the past and don't worry about the future so you could better yourself in the name of your people. Americans do not "hate" Mexican immigrants. You are grossly misinformed.

The issue is that Americans feel that if you want to enter this country, you must do it legally. That means go through the immigration process like anyone else. Mexicans are not the only immigrants that apply for citizenship in the U.S. annually. There are people from many nations attempting to become citizens. And they are applying legally to enter into this country, and doing what is right under the law.

Why is it fair that you can cross the border illegally, obtain work illegally, not pay taxes, but yet use American services such as hospitals and other health care, schools, and social services? Those services are paid through private health insurance of American citizens, as well as American tax dollars. What right do you have to come here and utilize those things, but yet put nothing back into the system?

And what right do you have to come here and demand citizenship illegally, and claim rights as an American citizen, while others have to go through the legal process?

We sympathize with Mexican citizens who are struggling to find work and provide for their families. We don't begrudge anyone a good living. But there is a right way and a wrong way of doing things, and you are doing it the wrong way. And that is not fair to other immigrants who are attempting citizenship through legal means.

It isn't hate that drives us but resentment of people who break our laws to come illegally above our quotas for poor people, to put thier children into our schools and effectively take those education funds from our children.

Look at the economic impact and the failing schools and hospitals in areas where illegals concentrate and you will see this isn't a hate issue.

As to taxes, you are wrong. There have been studies many times and many times more people overpay than underpay their taxes in this country.

Your thinking is an example of exactly why people don't want people around who think they should be given a free pass to break the law.

To another point in your details, the Mexicans on this land when it became America have long since become Americans, who by polls are overwhelmingly against illegal immigration. The others were never on this land and it wasn't 'taken away' from them.

Most came from Europe originally. ILLEGALLY. Mexicans are brown. That makes them inferior to an American. But Americans won't admit that because it sounds tacky so they have to come up with all sorts of other excuses. Americans never complain notice, about Canadian immigrants. To immigrate legally, you have to be pretty loaded. If you are poor, they don't want you.
