not to long ago at the store i work at a woman came in and started breast feeding her baby. i kindly told the woman that she couldn't do that in the store. then she asked what was she supposed to do her baby was hungy? then i politley said it's ok to feed her baby but just not here then i asked her to leave. then she started fussing and demanded to see my boss. when my boss (who's a woman) came out and heard the woman's complaint, she apologized to her and chewed me out in the backroom. i wasn't trying to be a jerk, i just don't think that's appropriate in a public setting. personally i think that breast feeding can go in the same catergory as public urination, defecating, and masturbation in that they should all be done behind closed doors. maybe there's something i don't see, what do you think?

this is a cultural thing that i cannot understand. breastfeeding is a very soothing and comfortable way for babies to be fed. it helps to form a bond between mother and child. babies are held close to their mother bodies for warmth and it makes them feel calm, safe and close. as you have probably never seen this activity in public, I can understand your plight. however, this is no way similar to musturbation, defacation or the other things you have mentioned. It was not fair on the mother and baby and yes you shouldn't have done that.

that's obtrusive which you have never had something to do with infants. in actuality i could bypass so a techniques as to assert which you hate infants. You urinating interior the line isn't a difficulty. If it weren't for the scent that rotting urine has and the penchant for some human beings to hold affliction. it is not a difficulty for one individual to urinate interior the line yet while actual everyone desperate to. we've a difficulty. so a techniques as i understand breast feeding of toddlers in public has no wellbeing hazards and would not produce offensive odours. the only difficulty is that a small minority of folk discover it offensive. Why seek me? i in my view have never seen a tit uncovered in public interior the act of beast feeding. in actuality maximum mothers take super pains to no longer disclose themselves. additionally how are you able to be advantageous that the mothers you notice are literally breast feeding. This place happens to be an fairly gentle and soothing place for a newborn to be held. As for the belief of bottle feeding. don't get me started out on the wellbeing and environmental consequences of that.

Actually I do think you were wrong to ask. To put breast feeding in the same category as urination, defecating and masturbation is to be honest a little worrying. No-one would bat an eye to see a baby bottle fed but it is much more natural for a baby to be breastfed.

It is high time you moved into the 21st century. Breast feeding is a very natural function and as such should not be looked upon as dirty or rude. I would not do any of the things you mention in public because they are offencive or smelly and as such should be conducted in your own privacy. Your problem is that you only associate breasts with Sex and I don't suppose even you would have sex in public.

How can you possibly compare breast feeding with those things. I think you are pulling our legs and mines wooden so WATCH OUT!!

As everyone (including you) knows breast feeding is appropriate when the baby wants feeding and it doesn't mean the mummy will be flashing her bosoms to all and sundry. Mummys are very discreet. And well done for bringing this important point up to show how ridiculous people who deny woman's need to breast feed babies look when they object.

Did she try to cover her breast when she fed her baby? If she did, then you shouldn't have asked her to leave. I don't think guys can EVER understand it when it comes to breast feeding. There are simply NOT enough private places for mothers to breast feed their babies, and this is hard enough for them. You could've showed her to a more private place for her to take care of her baby. Please be more understanding next time when you see a woman with a little baby. OK?

It is something you don't have. Breasts! It is a normal thing for a woman to do. You only saw the breast. She could have covered it so there wouldn't be any peeping Tom's that were hitting it off looking at the breast but not noticed that at the end of it was a baby.

Would you have had a problem if she was bottle feeding her baby? i doubt it. Putting breast feeding and masturbating in public in the same category is ridiculous, and offensive. Did one of your customers complain or did you just feel uncomfortable? Why not try growing up and realising that breasts are intended for feeding babies, the fact that men consider breasts erotic really shouldn't stop women from feeding there babies in public. Next time maybe you should try to be more considerate to your customers feelings, instead of your own.

breast feeding is such an important thing for both baby and mother but sadly not nearly enough women do it. and the reason they don't is that they feel embarrassed getting their 'boobies' out, they are taught to think of them as sexual and not functional. you wouldnt want to be a flasher after all. you, and many others, putting breast feeding in the same bracket as masturbating and defecating only serves to make women subconsciously believe that something so important and natural is somehow dirty, something to be ashamed of. and thats the reason so many women will not do it even in the privacy of their own homes. its very sad.
so yes. you are wrong. :)
