I hate to hear of someone is such pain. Crying can be a great release for people when they are in pain. Stress may also be causing this difficulty. Generally, pain or stress should subside after time.
I cannot tell you if you are unhealthy without knowing how long this has been going on for you. I think that when a person endures a loss in their life, it is natural to grieve. It's normal. People grieve to varying extents depending upon what it is that they have lost, what it meant to them and who they are as a person - how they are able to deal with things (stress levels and management again).
If we are talking crying daily for months on end, I would be suggest you seek professional help. Perhaps you have a chemical imbalance and feeling better could be achieved by a simple medication or a change in vitamin intake (diet or vitamin pill).
You may even be experiencing a number of different symptoms that may lead to a better understanding of what exactly is going on.
Please see a doctor and tell them what has been happening. They may be able to help - or at least steer you in the right direction.
Happiness to you.

Crying every day is unhealthy no doubt in that. Do you think life is to cry .There are lots of fun and duty in this world. There is some one behind everybody to care for us in place of God. Find the reason for your sadness and try to come out of it.

People usually cry alot when there unhappy. Is there something thats making you stressed out or depressed? If so then I advise that you should see a counsellor or someone that you can talk to. By talking to someone your unhappiness will go away because you have had time to vent and think.

Actually I watched a special a few months back that says its actually a healthy thing, it was on good morning America too. Just remember that even though you may cry its OK, because your tears do not jeopardize your strength.

The truly best way for you to find out, is to please asap, make an appt. with your dr. on this question. There could be a hormone imbalance, thyroid, or depression, or something going on, that you may not even realize is going on. I wish you the best. Take care.
