They are trying to kill this young man for killing someone in self defense when he was 17. Apparently, a group of men surrounded him and his friend, and these men started verbally and physically assaulting them. One man pulled out a weapon and beat this boy and his friend with it, so this boy fought back and killed his attacker. One of the men who was in the attacking group admitted that they had assaulted the boys and that they had no way to escape and he understood why the boy fought back. Another eye witness also said they could not have escaped. They still want to kill him within a month.

Please help to save him.

This isn't homework. I'm not even in school. I have some college, but am not in college right now. I will be returning to college next semester. This is serious. The same site that is hosting these petitions is the one that helped take signatures to save Nazanin earlier. You can read about her at http://www.helpnazanin.com. Nazanin was on the news. Delara, who is in the other "similar" question I posted, is on her site.

I asked a similar question because both are cases going on right now & I'm actually trying to help somebody. The cases are different. If you read the details, you would know this. The are alike in that they are both taking place in the same country, both of the people were 17 at the time and both awaiting execution, but there are more differences than similarities between these cases if you read my description of them and the petitions descriptions.

Because I signed the petition to help Nazanin, I was alerted about Reza & Delara whom I posted separate questions about.

Someone said this was not self defense and they should have just filed a case against them. It's hard to file a case against your attackers if you've allowed them to kill you, isn't it? You can't file a case from the grave. It's too late then. Even one of the attackers basically admitted the boys didn't have much of a choice, but to act as they did. They were being physically assaulted and violently beaten. They had no way to escape. They thought they had to attack to save their own lives and that might well have been the case. The eye witness who wasn't involved, supported them, as did one of the men who was originally attacking them.

I understand why the person posting below thought that they would need hand written signatures, but they used this same site when getting help for Nazanin and the address was in various magazines and the case was on the news, so it's not like I just took it out of a spam email or something. Email addresses are taken to help verify if needed later on.

When I said the case was on the news, I meant Nazanin's, not Reza's. The magazines gave out the helpnazanin site address which directed you to sign a petition on the petitiononline website. That website is the one being used to help Reza now.

This kind of case is not for the people on the net to give a sign as petition in order to hold the killing of this "supposed" guilty man. Rather, you are just making a survey on this particular case to help you lighten out or to give you details (preferrably, kinda homework) for your designed homework, per se. A real case like this would only be permitted in personal signatory writings from the people around you or from the place itself where you are. Coz you have similar question also that you asked beforehand.

The self-defense was no longer valid but a vindication. There was no more threat when the killing was made but it was already an act of vindication. The proper action against the attackers was the filing of a case against them.
