You must leave the UK, and re-enter legally. Then you must spend 5 years in the UK to qualify for citizenship. If you get caught living in the UK illegally, you will be deported.

Well, not even marriage to a UK citizen would make it legal. Firstly, you need to have a valid visa OR letter of approval from the UK government to mary, and even then you would have to re-apply for a visa and the UK government has a strict 'do not negotiate with people here illegally already' policy, unless its assylum (for which you do not qualify)

You will have to wait 15 (That was the last figure, I believe, unless it has been changed) years to be able to apply for perminant residency, dispite your illegal status. This is the only way for you to be legalised, otherwise, you have very little chance of becomming 'official' without leaving the country. Note, that dispite there being such a rule, the British government can STILL refuse your application, and subsequently deport you, should they find you are a complete burden to the public funds of the UK.

Or, just hope that Ukraine joins the EU, and fast...

In short, after 3 years, (and you are an illegal) you have no chance. If you are caught, you will be deported and added to the 'persona non grata' list of the UK, and never be allowed back. (not sure if that is shared with the rest of the EU... if it is, that will ban you from all EU member states, unless/until Ukraine joins the EU)

See link for anything I might have overlooked...(but I would be surprised if you found anything, if you do, please share -- that would be interesting to see!)

Om...i do not understand absolutely everyone who went and stayed. I knew you've been Northern before you even reported it on the following. i imagine it truly is much more durable once you've grown up in a much more suitable pleasant ecosystem. i have said this subject coming up on your different solutions and Q'S..have you ever been mulling over this for a lengthy time period? could you re-detect? Or are you talking about emigration? i imagine maximum capitals tell an identical tale. i have family members in Dublin and slowly they are leaving to different aspects of eire. i do not favor to thoroughly garbage London because there are factors i recognize yet in reality to visit. i could not stay there. BTW the position's Middlesbrough? lololol
