well if you get slimmer and your breast size decreases.
it will probably end up decreasing in a way that will fit to your new slim body.
i mean big breast and small body is nice but it spells out lipo. and it doesnt look natural.
your breast will shape itself to fit with your new body if you work it out.

Water aerobics is a fantastic whole body workout. I do water aerobics at the local YWCA and have noticed toning in my arms, legs, stomach, etc. but breast size is still pretty much the same. The ol' waistline and hips are smaller too. Course, I do watch what I eat and drink lots and lots of bottled water. Best of luck.

Dumb bells for your arms, sit ups for your waist and jog to get a slimmer legs but don't forget to hang your legs to the wall after you jog. I don't think these exercise will make your breast smaller.

nope. it is ok some men don't really care about breast size, except how they look with your clothes on. I would rather have a skinny girl with flat chest than a fatty , with big old hangy blobs with red underneath. besides, I never was with a woman that let mr mess with her breasts , any way, so you may as well wear pads and be healthy. Besides I have never seen a girl volleyball player that I would turn away.

I wish I could say..my g/f has gigantic boobs and a tiny little butt, small waist and arms, very trim legs that go all the way up to her armpits and she eats pork chops, bacon, taters, and anything else she wants to eat and doesn't gain an ounce! I have no idea how she does it!

That would depend on how much fat you are trying to lose. If it is a lot then I don't see any healthy ways to keep your breast size the same while shrinking the rest of you.

Unless you have fake boobs or are going in for lipo, there is no guarantee. When you lose weight, it comes off in a pattern that's unique to everyone. By doing upper-body exercises including bench press and inclined bench press, you can firm-up the muscles that support your breasts making them appear actually larger, fuller, and perkier.
