Find someone, whos moved overseas??? Keeping in mind, is that all i have is a first name and location???

Different countries have different channels. Your best bet is to talk to some military friends if not that then usually every country has an Embassy. Warn you thou with out an organization to associate them with your going to have problems with only first names. Espacilly hard concerning most people wouldn't be very apt to help(or even be able to) with just a first name. Always a good techque thou is to try and get ahold of any family member or friends you might know. There usually a faster, cheaper channel if their on the ups with you.
