If she is a "girly girly" then princess clothes. Including the shoes, necklaces, purse and anything else you are able to find. Little girls love dressing up and pretending.

I'm going to a 3 year olds b-day party next montha dn I am getting her a care bear. She loves them. She has 3 of them already but wants the rest. DOra the explorer is also a great idea (except be careful if you don't know what she already has and doesn't have) there is nothing worse to a 3 year old than getting something she already has. or getting 2 of the same thing. I would call the parents and see what they suggest. Simply say I want to get (child) __________ does she already have one? or which one should I get? That way you are sure to get something she doesn't have. You could always take the child to pick something out. I have done this with a 4 year old girl. She LOVED IT.

Find out what kind of toys she likes. A lot of little girls at that age are into Bratz, Dora the Explorer, Disney Princess or the Backyardigans. If all else fails get her a gift card to a toy store.

Find out what she is interested in and might like from the parents. If they have enough clothes and toys then my best suggestion is books. Even just getting a gift card to the book store so she can pick out a book. My kids love going to the bookstore to get new books

Leap Frog Letter Factory DVD. It will teach her the entire alphabet letters and sounds which will have her ready for Kindergarten. It is only 9.99. Best gift you can give a child is the gift of education. This dvd really is fun for the kids and entertaining. Both my girls love it and they are almost 2 years old and almost 4.

My niece is 8 and he or she loves Disney Princess so I in a great number of cases purchase her something to do with them. There are distinct issues attainable for £30 and lower than at Argos. Or if she doesn't like Disney Princess, Bratz also are a fav.

- play food

- Barbie dolls
- jewelry making kits - larger beads

- games: candy land, memory, hi ho cheery o
- dress up outfits (especially princess)
- jewelry, sunglasses, hair ribbons and headbands

Have fun shopping. I hope she has a great birthday. SD

Firstly, stay far far away from barbie's and bratz dolls. Three is far too young to be playing with those.
They LOVE dress up clothes - tinkerbell/snow white/sleeping beauty dresses and dress up shoes!! they have some great stuff at target!
also, stay away from stuffed animals - by three they have already made up their minds as to which one is their favorite and they will quickly throw the new one aside!

Dora the explorer...most little girls love her!!! There will be a good selection of this stuff in Target or any store. Dress up stuff depending on the child is also good. There is also leap frog if you want to get something educational...but I would go with dora

Having 3 cousins all around that age, they LOVE gift cards. They enjoy going to the store and picking out what they want, then going to the cash register to pay. I would get one from Toys'R'Us. So that the people aren't angry, sometimes wal-mart assossiates aren't the nicest. Also get her a small gift, since she is a girl, get her some sassy sun glasses. She will love it
