just be yourself seriously. I know it sounds cliche but you want a guy that likes you for who you are. You do not want a guy that you are going to have to change for just to get them interested in you. It wont be worth it in the long shot trust me. Be confident a little cocky. Sorry this is a girl writing this but live with a lot of brothers.

First of all, be yourself. Do not be concerned with what the guy is thinking about you. Don't try so hard. A desperate woman is a real turn off. Work on your humor that's always a turn on. Also, get involved in activities you enjoy. Work on your inner self and you are bound to attract many men. Pick the guy who makes you laugh and feel good inside.

Well, there's no way you can MAKE a guy like you...
Still you can improve your chances. If there's a guy you have your eye on don't sit back and wait for him to make the first move (guys can be shy, or paying attention to someone else) strike up a conversation, make it clear that you're into him. You don't need to ask him out or anything if you're not comfortable with that, but make it clear that you'd find the prospect of him asking you out to be pleasant.

firstly talk to him, get to know him, make him feel comfortable so that he will open up and make sure you are comfortable around him. also take more notice of him, more than everyone else around, always pay attention to him and make sure he knows that your paying attention, then hopefully he will start to notice you more and pay attention to you more.
if your kinda the shy type then be friends first so you can both get to know each other, otherwise just tell the guy you like him.
one last thing, be yourself, dont try to be someone your not and dont try to be the best dressed at a party, the most beautiful, the most whatever! dont try to catch their attention by wearing revealing clothes, unless you want a guy that just wants sex. :P

pick up a Vogue or teen- beat magazine. ~ ~ ~ ~ ~tight tops /w no bra (OOooopz!) ~ or keep directing stupid Q's at guys to tip them off that you are stupid, & eager to learn what they want. ~ ~ You go Girrrl,- i mean, straighten up trick :)
