You're much better off trying lemon juice first. You can squeeze it through your hair and go out in the sun for a couple of hours. It gives you natural looking streaks if you use a little and a lot will bleach your hair. Those two you have dont work too well. The lemon juice works better on dark blonde hair but it might work on yours. Try it before you do anything drastic that might ruin your hair. I know you want a straight answer but if you really want to get your mums attention even more, I'd do something like hook up with some guy and let her catch you making out with him on the couch or something. She'll probably notice you even more that way! Stupid parents!! They'll drive you insane!

NEITHER. Go to (or find someone to take you) to a beauty supply store like Sally's and buy a professional bleaching kit. They're generally pretty inexpensive and safe to use on your hair, as opposed to any sort of household product. The bleach comes in certain percentages... If you have medium to dark brown hair, 20% will turn your hair to peanut butter (so you'd need a higher percentage), whereas it should be okay on dark blonde or light brown hair. You may also need a toner, because chances are you'll get orange or yellow hair. The toner will dull down the orange or yellow tones and make it more natural looking.

No matter what you do, bleach will dry out your hair. You may want to go ahead and buy a really nice conditioner or even a deep conditioner. Alterna is the best brand of hair products out there... They're not cheap but they're FABULOUS. Their peppermint deep conditionerc is by far the best, but Dumb Blonde by Bed Head Tigi works well too and is a little cheaper.

I guess if you're really short on cash you could buy a bleach kit at Wal-Mart for like 10 bucks, but I wouldn't reccommend it. When I was 14 I had medium brown hair and I used the strongest bleach kit I could find and I had bright orange hair. Ick.

DO NOT BLEACH! It could burn your scalp. Let a pro do that. Do not peroxide... it will dry out your hair and break it all off! Either buy a box from a store of the color 1-2 shades lighter than your own hair, or spray lemon juice on it and go be in the sun for a while a few days a week.

Neither will work, there are inexpensive products, if your wanting to be a bold blonde go with Revlon "Frost and Tip" under 15dollars, I've had great outcomes with using this product. Good luck!!!!!!:)

Neither. Both would be awful to use on your hair. You should talk to your mother, tell her you want to spend some time with her.
