It all depends, usually the rates start at 80-100 / hour but there's usually a minimum, I think it's 2-4 hours or thereabouts.
Of course, the more people you want to chauffeur around, the higher the rates go.
If you shop around, you can likely find a decent limo for the evening (4 hours) for yourself and your s.o. for no more than 3-400, maybe 600 at the most. Now it might not be the exact year, make, and model you have in mind, but...
