At my school I have the suckiest class- Library Aide. So today when I was in there, I was copying my math homework on notebook paper, so I wasn't really listening or looking at my surroundings. We also had a class in there doing research so it was pretty loud.

This boy that I like was standing in front of me and said "Hey, are you going to check these books out."

I immediately smilling- Said.. "Yeah, sure."

So we chattered on a little more & stuff. But when he was walking out I felt a sudden urge to tell him how I feel about him. I wanted to know how he felt about me. I felt like- I 'wanted' him badly. If you know what I mean.

I am only 13/14ish and I felt a sudden urge to have sexual feelings with this boy that I like. I just wanted to know if you felt that way when you were my age, and what it was about.

Well, your hormones are acting way up, girl. Hold your pants, girl. Don't want to make a mistake. By the way, I somewhat read your response to the guy that stayed to hear his lady sleeping. You had a lot to say. I assume that you're a smart gal. Keep it up. Therefore, I assume that you'll be smart about your sexual feelings, too. In other words, control yourself, ok? Just start to talk to him and see what happens from there. Good Luck!

Pubescent Adolescence.... it's when kids get adult feelings and the urges to act on it. Problem is... if you act on it, you could be a child having a child. I say.... learn to masturbate, and you'll be fine. But stay away from the boys because all they want to do is get in your pants, and if they do.... do you really want a child for a father? Even 20 year old guys won't commit. All they think about doing is having fun. Just find a waterjet or a back massager, and you'll be fine. Wait until you and the guy are like 25. It's better to find a man in his late 20's when you're like 23. I made the mistake of acting on it when I was14. I lost all my friends and my boyfriend. I didn't know what I was doing or the consequences of it either. I felt such pain, you can't imagine... from the experience of the act - to the non-commiting guy it was with - to the social outcast I became. Better to keep those feelings to yourself until you educate yourself completely... or if you feel comfortable, ask your parents.

Adult stuff that kids feel. Ahhhhhhhhh puberty!

It is pretty normal what you are going through. When I was also 13 and 14 I felt the same thing for a guy who I like very much. It was painful that he did not correspond to my feelings but anyway I hope you get better luck than I did. Also, think about having sexual relationship because it might not be as you think. Serious consequences can come by, specially when you have that age. So enjoy your life.

I think 14ish is about the time I had these feelings. Remember you do not need to act on those feelings though. The hormones answer was right just a little brief. There are chemicals in your body that cause you to be aroused( feeling like you want him really badly) You will begin to have more and more of these feelings, imagine several a day ,you do not want to act on every one of these. The fact that this is THE boy that you like intensified those feelings because you are already attracted to him. They are normal feelings.

Kay, welcome to life. Yes, it's true, your hormones are kicking in. Somewhere a few thousand years ago (or a few million years ago) mother nature decided the best way to keep living things around was to let them reproduce. So every living thing has the urge to reproduce. We humans have our own special ways of doing it and we complicate the entire process with things like mating rituals, and so forth. When boys and girls become young men and women they start feeling the urges to mate. Today we get to worry about things like pregnancies, sexually transmitted diseases, laws that prohibit sexual relations between people of young ages, and so forth. Hell yes I felt those urges when I was your age. If it's any consolation, I still feel them. Enjoy the feelings.

It's perfectly normal. Some people even have sexual feelings earlier than that. Everyone is different. It's just hormones acting up. The problem is, we get these physical feelings before we are emotionally ready to deal with s.e.x. I would just let them be feelings for now. You'll have plenty of time to act on these kinds of feelings later on in life.

I agree with the ones who say it's fine, just don't act on them.

Because I'm christian, I ask how can they be bad if God put them there. You can have a close relationship and make-out with him and all that but don't go too far.

Boys and girls can get those feelings. But you are too young to act on them. You can have a close relationship with out it.

Proceed cautiously.

like he said-it's hormones...learn to live with it because it's part of you. be careful how you deal with the urges or you can end up with a bad reputation.
