No...because unless she has a sudden accident and falls down a large staircase like Scarlett in Gone with the Wind, she's not going to lose the baby due to spiritual intervention. It's too risky to just pray that she'll have a miscarriage and that happens late into the pregnancy, after the time has passed to legally abort. Your options, if two days after intercourse, is Plan B. Otherwise, you should abort with the proper medical attention.
