taskmanager help?

hello ,on my taskmanager,the mozilla firefox logo says.i have to many background programmes running,can anyone help me please thank you

Why? I have 80+ program running. There's no problem.

Never heard of that happening, but press Ctrl+Alt+Delete and go to Processes, google each one to see what it's for, if it's not for windows or your antivirus end task.
Once you figured that out go to run > msconfig and remove them for good.
