There is no right answer for your question but I think that they're afraid that the things they do or the sins they commit can lead them to unthinkable consequences by one man. So for them it's better to think we evolved from monkeys or we were zap onto this earth by aliens because to them it makes sense.

Im not sure what you mean, but I believe I came from God and I do not find that a simpler life form.

It is not to discount God! It is just the way it is. You cant argue with fact kid! Stop trying!
Why do people force themselves to believe such a ridiculous man made lie to discount the truth of our existence. That is your real question right? It is not such a simple life form, it is complicated and beautiful and very accidental. But that is a different story kid! Should I tell you? No, you are not ready for the truth. Like Jack Nicholson said, " you cant handle the truth"!

Communists want people to believe the theory of evolution because it's easier to control people if they are convinced that their ancestors looked like simple life forms such as apes instead of God and the angels. Are you an ape, or are you a man? If you are an ape, then who is your god? Who has authority over you? Are men in control of your destiny, or are you answering to God? What really stinks for evolutionists is that there is no historical evidence that man evolved from any life form. Even the Neaderthal Man was a complete hoax.

Some god has no part of it. The answer is obvious that we did indeed evolve from lower life forms, no question. Why do some people want to believe we were created from dirt by a supernatural being? That to me seems so far fetched and without merit that it is laughable.

I know other life forms exist. I don't care if a god exists or not. I also prefer to be a part of the planet and all of its life forms than be some alien put here by some supernatural being .

Maybe it's not to just discount God. Rather, it's a matter of different beliefs. Different beliefs that one should respect. Some people live on faith, others live for facts. The factual people want solid, concrete evidence (if they can't see it, touch it, it doesn't exist). Faith is for the more spiritual kind.

Because their is evidence that supports it. You are assuming that you are some how you are better than other animals, when they're just trying to get their grub on and make babies too. No ones discounting God, we're saying that we may be connected, What's wrong with that? Were all one baby.

it has nothing to do with god! if you think science (finding truth) is an attack on your religion, get a new religion. science has always been about finding objective truth (historically often to study how god works). If evolution is wrong, it will be proven wrong (and the scientist who does it will be world famous for centuries). so far, it hasn't been. deal with it.
