Sure, lets get rid of Israeli democracy and elect radical politicians who want to do to the Palestinians, what they want to do to the Jews.
Israeli government is not as corrupt as Russia's, USA's, China's, or any other countries. UK too does not have a constitution. Should we get rid of the British political system as well?
I see based on your questions and answers that you are truly anti-Semitic.

No. Israeli government isn't necessarily more corrupt than any other government, Israeli media just does a better job of exposing it than the media in most countries.
As far as reforming the political system, I don't see the point. It assures that each group has a proportional say in the government vis a vis a coalition-led government. And all people have equal entitlement to political office. We now have (or are about to have) a Druze President and have an Israeli Arab as our Minister of Science and several Israeli Arab supreme court justices, in addition to many Israeli Arab MPs. I think we're far ahead of the curve when it comes to political reforms. This question would be better posed, in say, the Egypt, Morocco, or Saudi forums.

Personally I think some reform would improve the system, but then again that's true of any system. No political system is perfect, and all constantly need to be adjusted from time to time. To put things in perspective, as I suspect this question is more a matter of attempting to expose Israel in some negative way, elections are 100% democratic. By that I mean they are 100% true to what people choose (no ballot fixing) and 100% secret (no one is watching you or prodding you in any way). Both arabs and Druze have representation in the parliament, as well as women and ultra-religious Jews. The fact that Israel does not have a constitution isn't really relevant, because it still has constitutional laws, as in laws detailing rights allocated to citizens. You can say in fact that the constitution is a work in progress. As for corruption, every government, including every democracy, has some degree of corruption. It happens. The fact that the media brings it to the public's attention (as long as it isn't blown too far out of proportion) is a credit.

The Israeli high court is reviewing the emergency laws, which the country was ruled by for the last 57 years and you think Israel is a democracy all these years.
Israel is the only country in the Middle East that dose not have constitution. Israel is the only country that dose not have a declared recognized borders. Israel is the first country in the Middle East, which introduced religion fundamentalist to the region, as Promised Land and Islamic fundamentalist groups did not exist prior to the creation of Zionism and Israel. Israel is the only country in the region that occupying other nation lands in the Middle East. Israel is the only country that refuse’s to implement UN resolutions. The failure of Zionist political parties to produce a lasting peaceful life for Jewish citizens
Zionist peace is the missing link in the Jewish State. Israel is the only country in the Middle East, which was created by race where there is more than 1.5 Arabs live in a declared Jewish state. How would American Jews would feel if USA was called a WASP state.
