Very good diet...maybe 2000 calories a day, and start training for a marathon....sounds a little crazy , but true. A reasonble diet and exercise is the only way to lose weight and really keep it off...So 2000 calories...about 700 a meal is a good start. And training for an even like a marathon is great exercise...even if you do not run now...start by walking and work up to it...even if you never actually run a marathon, you will be in better shape and lose the weight you want.

I recently went on a detox diet. Only Friuts and veggies and lots of water. No meat, bread, sweets, pasta, etc. This was the fastest results i ever had, and its good for you. Do it for 10 day, i lost 7 pounds in 10 days and i didnt even work out. imagine what it can do for you with exercise. If you pick up Dr, ian Smith's book The Fat Smash Diet, its a big help and a great book. Good luck dont give up, and get a partner to do it with you for support (this is very important)

Eating well and try any Billy Blanks or Jillian Michaels VHS or DVD. So far I am 28 pounds less in a very short time.
