That's an interesting question for me, because over the years, I've said a few different ones. I grew up with "God is great, God is good..." and I liked it and said it with conviction. And when I'm with family and they say that grace, I still say it with conviction. But when I explored Judaism and almost converted to it, I adopted the Jewish blessings before meals. Barukh ata Hashem.....hamotzi lechem min ha'aretz (or whatever the case may be - it changes depending on what is being eaten). I still say this one sometimes.
But then I started to say Hindu ones, and I kind of stick with these. But for some reason, the Jewish one just slips out a lot. And I'm find with it. Nothing contradictory to my faith about it or any of them.

Thank you for your bountiful blessings. Bless this home and these thy people. Bless this food to the nourishment of our body. In Jesus name, Amen.
Or some version of that, depends on my mood. But to not bless the food is then to condemn it and it will be of no good to your body. Just my opinion.

The whole praying before eating thing has always kind of annoyed me. Its like asking permission to eat, which makes you a slave. But then, I consider xtianity to be a religion suitable only for slaves.
