Yes. That's not the issue.
Were the man and women just friends when they had sex, or something more? If they were just friends, then it's not that difficult to continue going on being friends, maybe they could even develop it to be friends with benefits.
If it was during a relationship, then whether or not they remain friends depends on the break-up and other such stuff.
If it was just a once-off, it may be a bit uncomfortable being around the other person for a while, but that will go away eventually and can get back to being friends.
Of course, one of them could be a jerk and say, 'I just can't think of you the same way again'. They don't realise that they probably could, but it would just take time.

Usually only on TV.In real life when one has had an emotional attachment through sex to a person and then they break up one or both of them are affected in a negative way.Sometimes it can happen if they both are willing to forget the sex ever happened, the injured party(or parties) have been apologized to and they move on.The best thing is not to have sex until the "I do's" have been said, the marriage license is signed and then you probably wont have to worry about being in such an awkward situation.

that a good question. i personally think that you cant. i believe
when you bring sex in to it it take the situation to a another level
and wen emotions get invoved it make things more complexed
and if you are not on the same page in the beginnning then it
will be a problem down the road.

I'll think better not because you'll already see each other body. Not that nice to meet again,because both think of the other party is "cheap" resulting the "one night stand". Agree ?
