Okay, i, a 16yr old, work at a restaurant with this 18 yr old guy. This guy has a girlfriend, well i think he does. Anyways, he flirts with me during work and i sort of return the flirtations also. Is this bad? Or should i stop worrying..or WHAT?.. God, i'm so confused. Please if you could advice me as to what i should do that would be great thanks!

Don't mix pleasure with business, no don't do it! You don't even know if he has a girlfriend, find out before you think this way. If you really like this guy, don't pay any attention to him, don't stress over this guy at all.
You go to work do your thing, give it time if you really want to hook up with him, at work you get to see how he really is and that's a plus for you to decide weather you want to date him or not! Just be careful sometimes these guys make bets with other people to make some cash, or to prove something to the guys. Work him first, by showing him you are interested but you don't rush into anything, and take it slow, till you get to know him well enough! K, got to go now! That's only if he doesn't have a girl if he does, trouble in paradise! Extra drama!

Depends, picture dating him. If he has a GF and he's flirting with you then he's going to flirt with other girls if you were his GF, would you want that?
You can always drop the line and ask if he has a girlfriend, but beware most guys take this as the green light to ask you out. On the other hand you'll find out what you want to know.
Its not wrong when you don't know for sure if he has a GF. But the moment you do know it is. Also its questionable if you think he has a GF and you arn't taking steps to find out for sure.

it could be hes trying to be nice to you and make working there fun and your taking it wrong becuase you like him. he is older than you and has a girlfreind be freinds tone down your flirting see what happens your young enjoy life at your age it goes by to fast these days. if he's really into you he'll let you know

It's HIS responsibility to figure out what's right and wrong with respect to his relationship, not yours.
There might be some extreme cases that are exceptions to that -- for example, if he's married with kids -- but this isn't one of them.

Flirting is innocent. Sort of flirting is more innocent. There isn't booty slappin or plans to hook up right? Just do not read more into it than there is.

Neither of you are married, you are in the years of exploration and finding your mate. If he is interested in you, perhaps you could be the right one. Keep in mind, he will be cheating. If he leaves her for you, will you trust him.
