so i checked mega mill and know i didn't win. my ? is is this tix for more than just that drawing??? what is Lotto? what is LITL? and what is 509 winners???? totally confused.

Are you in Illinois? The Illinois lottery holds a raffle every year called the St. Patrick's Day Millionaire Raffle - tickets are $20 and they sell a limited amount. The message you got on your Mega Millions ticket is just letting you know that the St. Patrick's Day raffle is now closed off - confusing, I know.

Mega Millions is a multi-state lottery similar to Powerball. If the ticket says hold on to it until 3/17 then I would do so. You might also want to take a look at the mega millison website for more information http://www.megamillions.com
