If you are certain you ovulated, then you are either pregnant and not testing positive or you could have a corpus luteum cyst (pretty rare).

The most likely explanation is that you haven't ovulated yet or ovulated much later than usual. Unless you are charting your fertility signs, it's hard to tell.

The best way for you know know about your cycle is to chart your fertility signs. Your chart can tell you when you are fertile, when you are not, when you are ovulating, when to expect your next period, and when to suspect pregnancy. Your chart can also tell you if there are issues delaying conception or causing difficulty w/ carrying a pregnancy and if there are serious issues which need a doc's attention.

Some good sources for charting your fertility signs: Fertilityfriend.com (free software as well as a pay-for version and on-line charting turorial); ovusoft.com (discussion boards for many fertility related issues, much info on fertility after the pill, and a very good software for purchase). The books Taking Charge of Your Fertility (associated w/ the the ovusoft website and software), The Art of Natural Family Planning, and Garden of Fertility

Go to your Dr. and have a blood test. For some people the pregnancy hormone HCG can only be detected through a blood test. Even that may not detect a postive pregnancy though. I wouldn't panic though there can be other reasons for a skipped period such as excessive excercise or stress, poor nutrition etc. I once skipped a month freaked out and then the next month everything was back to normal. I definatly reccommend seeing a Dr. though. Good Luck.

Go to the doctor. There are other reasons why people miss their periods. Certain hormonal imbalances can mess up your period. Even hormones that don't have much to do with that part of your body, like thyroid hormone. You will definitely want to get tested for pregnancy at the doctor though because those home tests can give false negatives.

First of all, stop stressing as stress can actually delay your period. Secondly, I would make an appointment with your OB/GYN. Even though home pregnancy tests are 97% accurate some women just don't have enough of the hormone to get a positive readout. Go and get a blood test to be sure. Good Luck!

go visit your doctor as soon as you can.
if you usually have a regular cycle then it sounds like you could be pregnant and it sometimes takes a while for the tests to pick up the hormone.
but if you have irregular cycles or have recently come off any type of contraception it could just be your body adjusting.
id see your doc though just for peace of mind they will give you the best advise.
hope this helps

if you took 3 pregnancy tests and they are negative you should wait until 10 more days then you take another test because it takes a month for you to really know if you are really pregnant.
