If you use the right system that is gentle you won't have any problems. I would recommend a system that is all natural.

Hi,
I specialize in helping people look and feel 5-10 years younger and get rid of their small health challenges via detox.
Usually, it also depends on how intense is your detox/whole body cleanse. The very intense ones are not suitable for people who are sick, very emotionally troubled or pregnant.
Other than that, I think that some form of body cleanse one way or another is mostly beneficial to people ;)
If you like you can learn how to do that from me.
The detox is simple. All you need to do is three things.
Number one, follow the detox programme which requires you to change your diet a little bit. Eg, take more vege and less meat and seafoods.
Number two, use 1 minute a day to take some natural health foods that I take to enhance the speed and the effect of the detox.
Number three, drink lots of water to flush the toxins out and help your body start to accept water.
And that's it.
The rest is up to you.
So what do you think? ;)
If you are keen, you can email me at verityy@yahoo.com.

Why should it? Unless you are still young and developing. Then, it's more important that you eat healthily.
If that is not the case, body cleansing can remove years of toxins from unhealthy eating in your body. Toxins are the cause of several ailments that you develop. Ailments don't just happen overnight. They result from a system that has gotten sluggish with the toxic build up.
