why does he dispense with 30-50% of them before they ever attach to the uterus and send another 20% to death by miscarriage?

"Miscarriage is the loss of a pregnancy in the first 20 weeks. About 15 to 20 percent of known pregnancies end in miscarriage, and more than 80 percent of these losses happen before 12 weeks. This doesn't include situations in which you lose a fertilized egg before you get a positive pregnancy test. Studies have found that 30 to 50 percent of fertilized eggs are lost before a woman finds out she's pregnant, because they happen so early that she goes on to get her period about on time. If you lose a baby after 20 weeks of pregnancy, it's called a stillbirth."

Ent: and what if the stats are off by a few percent? does that really materially change the question? You're grasping at straws - again!

B I have sent an email to these folks and asked them to quote their source data. You realize that you are quoting a quoted story that quotes from a study you've never read, right?

Now, onto the answer: For thou hast possessed my reins: thou hast covered me in my mother's womb. I will praise thee; for I am fearfully [and] wonderfully made: marvelous [are] thy works; and [that] my soul knoweth right well. My substance was not hid from thee, when I was made in secret, [and] curiously wrought in the lowest parts of the earth. Thine eyes did see my substance, yet being unperfect; and in thy book all [my members] were written, [which] in continuance were fashioned, when [as yet there was] none of them. Psalm 139: 13-16

Oh and one last thing. I've had a miscarriage and it was the most physically painful experience of my life. I know that my son is waiting for me in Heaven.

Ah, that's nothing. The death rate for born human beings is much higher -- 100%! Why does He dispense with them?

You are very misinformed.. First off, God isn't the one who "dispenses 30-50% before they ever attach to the uterus" or the one who "sends another 20% to death by miscarriage".

This is the work of Satan. Satan is the one who causes death, not God. God allows death to happen, but there is always a reason for it. We may not know what those reasons are right now, but questions like these are the questions we get to ask God in heaven..

The Bible makes it very clear that God does NOT value all human life at ANY age. God drowns and slaughters millions himself, and commands his followers to kill babies, children, men, and women, INCLUDING pregnant women.

Ezekiel 9:6 "Slay utterly old and young, both maids, and little children, and women . . . "

Deuteronomy 13:15 "Thou shalt surely smite the inhabitants of that city with the edge of the sword, destroying it utterly . . . "

Leviticus 20:9 "For every one that curseth his father or his mother shall be surely put to death . . . "

Exodus 32:27 " . . . Thus saith the LORD God of Israel, Put every man his sword by his side, and go in and out from gate to gate throughout the camp, and slay every man his brother, and every man his companion, and every man his neighbour."

Exodus 31:15 " . . . whosoever doeth any work in the sabbath day, he shall surely be put to death."

Deut 21:21 "And all the men of his city shall stone him with stones, that he die . . . "

Numbers 31:17-18 "Now therefore kill every male among the little ones, and kill every woman that hath known man by lying with him . . . "

Because if every egg was allowed to hatch there would be trillions upon trillions of people on Earth. And people would suffer from lack of medicine and food and we might end up with what we have anyway. Mabye less.

your question is pointless because science and belief are not compatible, unless you are selectively choosing what to believe and what not to.
