cigs are definitely worse. hookah is filtered by the water and cigs have all kinds of additives plus ur smoking the paper.

lmao maybe i am old but what the heck is a hookah. cigs are bad. i am trying the new pill out to quit. very costly but will be worth it if it works.

Never tried hookah, but I know for a fact that cigs will kill you. I have C.O.P.D. from smoking.
