There's no easy way to confront your significant other about cheating or not. If you are getting the vibe that he is, hiding it is just going to make it worse. Sit him down one day and explain how you are feeling. If he thinks you aren't being trusting enough of him, explain that jealousy is a natural part of any relationship. After all, girls are very subconsciously worried about their appearance and all that jazz. It's only natural to be scared your boyfriend doesn't think you are good enough or however that goes.
The only way you are going to resolve that feeling of doubt is to ask him.

Hire Barnaby Jones to follow him. If he is cheating, hire Mr. T. to fix it.

But seriously: if you think he is, then he probably is. Ask him directly and unexpectedly. Unless you are a complete moron, you'll know whether or not he is telling you the truth. Then, if you're like most women, you'll be filled with anxiety about what to do. That's moronic at a whole new level.

Well, it's hard to say with no information. It helps to know what he is doing that makes you think he is cheating. Is he doing anything at all? Sometimes our insecurities get the best of us and what we think doesn't always make it fact.

If you truly have doubts, tail him for a day or a weekend. Just be ready to defend yourself if you're found out and/or it turns out to be a fluke.
