Unless you have another cockatiel the eggs are infertile.
Let your hen sit on the eggs until she is bored with them and then throw them away. If she continues to lay eggs, research chronic egg laying in cockatiels and take preventative measures.
Make sure that she has pleanty of calcium in her diet. If she starts to act funny, take her to the vet ASAP, she could be eggbound.

a cockatiel is a parrot. No, they can not breed with other species of parrots.

Birds of different species don't mate. You may get a hybrid only through artificial insemination.

birds have an internal fertilization system , their eggs when laid are fertilized. interspecie fertilization is stiil not possible:
