For AbiWord users. Please help. Are there any other FREE Word Processors out there?

I try printing from AbiWord. I have an Compaq IJ750, and when i print, it comes out wierd. The font is like gibberish. Why is it doing that? Do I need to update my printer font. Is there any FREE word processors out there. Like AbiWord and Microsoft Word, has, underlining,italics,double spacing, font etc. Wordpad is Lame, it doesnt contain all of that. Make sure when you print, you DON'T check "Print to file".

I use Open Office too its pretty darn good!
Im in college and i can t afford Word so this is great!
